My journey started with Abit, a historic company from Piedmont specializing in milk and cheese. That’s where I discovered my love for authentic taste.
Not long after, I took over their shop on the iconic Via Arduino in Ivrea, and that’s when my adventure as an entrepreneur truly began.
In September 2018, I moved to my current space, a cozy spot overlooking the Dora River—what I like to call my little “zen corner.”
Here, I’ve expanded my offerings with carefully selected, high-quality products from small Italian producers and passionate artisans who are committed to preserving our culinary heritage.
