Mi chiamo Gabriella e lavoro con passione nel mondo del food da oltre 40 anni. Dopo aver studiato per diventare segretaria d'azienda, ho capito subito che il mio posto non era dietro una scrivania, ma tra le persone, i sapori e le ricche tradizioni della nostra terra.
Il mio percorso è iniziato con Abit, un'azienda storica piemontese specializzata in latte e formaggi. È lì che ho scoperto il mio amore per i sapori autentici. Poco dopo, ho rilevato il loro negozio nell'iconica Via Arduino a Ivrea, ed è lì che è iniziata la mia vera avventura da imprenditrice.
A settembre 2018 mi sono trasferita nel mio spazio attuale, un luogo accogliente con vista sulla Dora, quello che mi piace definire il mio piccolo "angolo zen". Qui ho ampliato la mia offerta con prodotti accuratamente selezionati e di alta qualità provenienti da piccoli produttori italiani e da artigiani appassionati che si impegnano a preservare il nostro patrimonio culinario.

I’m Gabriella, and I’ve been working with passion in the food world for over 40 years.
After studying to become a business secretary, I quickly realized that my place wasn’t behind a desk—but among people, flavors, and the rich traditions of our land.
My journey started with Abit, a historic company from Piedmont specializing in milk and cheese. That’s where I discovered my love for authentic taste.
Not long after, I took over their shop on the iconic Via Arduino in Ivrea, and that’s when my adventure as an entrepreneur truly began.
In September 2018, I moved to my current space, a cozy spot overlooking the Dora River—what I like to call my little “zen corner.”
Here, I’ve expanded my offerings with carefully selected, high-quality products from small Italian producers and passionate artisans who are committed to preserving our culinary heritage.
